I have been a master electrician since 1980 in the state of West Virginia. I have been a certified mine electrician since 1986 holding both my state of WV and MSHA mine electrician cards. I have operated Posey Electric Inc., an electrical contracting business since 1989. We are located in central West Virginia. We have done complete new commercial electrical installations including retail stores, grocery stores, automotive repair garages, and heavy truck repair garages. We have done complete new electrical installations including welding shops, fabrication shops, machine shops, rock crushers, saw mills, bulk plants, an automated concrete block manufacturing plant, asphalt plants and automated rotational molding plastics plants. We take pride in our high quality workmanship and expertise.

We started specializing in electrical work in the oil and gas industries in the late 1990’s. We service the Marcellus and Utica gas fields. We have partnered with Quality Machine Inc. and provided over 25 complete rig packages including generator shacks, auxillary generator shacks, doghouses, soaphouses, and fuel skids for the SpeedStar 185 drilling rigs. We also have completely wired over a dozen conventional double and triple drilling rigs. We are very proud of our reputation in the gas and oil industry.
